Description
Beverly Flanigan came to UW-Madison (then just UW) in 1968 to get a graduate degree in social work. She talked about the Welfare Mothers’ March from Milwaukee to Madison and its effect on her. She also talked about her time on campus—Fall 1968 to Spring 1970—particularly as it pertained to her memories and involvement in the student protests of that era.
